Who am I ?
I am a CEDR trained mediator with a background in employee relations. For more than thirty years I have worked in owner managed businesses both as a CEO and consultant. Experienced at working in the boardroom and operationally, I bring a strong commercial awareness to ensuring workplace relationships are effective, enhancing and supportive of business aims and culture.

What will you pay?

Coaching rate is £140 an hour.
-
Mediation is charged at a daily rate of £600.
- Group facilitation is dependent on size and content and starts from £200 an hour.

Start ups, not for profit and charity rates are negotiable.
